The Pax Vaporizer is small, sleek, easy to use and offers a very good vaporizing experience compared to other portable vaporizers. In addition, the Pax by Ploom has a motion sensor that will turn the device off when you set it down for more than 30 seconds and turn it back on when you pick it up again.

Power and heat

The Pax vaporizer is powered by a Lithium ion rechargeable internal battery. It charges in less than 2 hours through a plug-in charging dock which is included in the basic package.

You can set the Pax to work at three different temperatures:

• Low - 370 degrees Fahrenheit
• Medium - degrees Fahrenheit
• Hot - 410 degrees Fahrenheit

The Pax heats up in only 30 seconds, and you can change the temperature with a click of a button placed under the mouthpiece. There is also an indicator light that displays the status, the battery charge condition and the temperature setting.

Pax Construction

The Pax is constructed of three main parts: the herb chamber, the rechargeable internal battery and the pop out mouthpiece. The exterior is made out of anodized aluminum. All the plastic parts of the vaporizer are made of food safe plastics. The heating element and the vapor pathway are made of medical grade stainless steel.
